The hall bathroom has some of the original tile and character. The craftsman style home was remodel to showcase its original glory. It’s a 13 minute walk to Earthfare, 15 minute walk to Five & Ten. The heart of 5 Points and UGA’s campus is extremely accessible, with UGA bus stops all along Milledge and Lumpkin.
With the owners approval and a non-refundable pet fee, you are able to bring your small fur baby. Due to Athens Clarke County’s new rules and regulations on Short Term Rental, this home may not be rented out for anything less than 31 days. The monthly rates are dependent on the dates of occupancy.

The Hall street rental is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom attached apartment with a kitchenette. This apartment has been completely remodel in the last year. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One room has 2 twins and the other bedroom has a full size bed. The apartment is on campus, it’s a 20 minute walk to Five Point’s Earthfare and 20 minute walk to Downtown Athens. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is one parking space. This is a no pet policy property.
Due to Athens Clarke County’s new rules and regulation on Short Term Rental, this home may not be rented out for anything less than 31 days. The monthly rates are dependent on the dates of occupancy.
